All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software and course materials, is the property of Aldina Energy Mastery unless otherwise stated. It is protected by copyright laws in the United Kingdom and international copyright treaties.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of any content on this website is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Aldina Energy Mastery.

The Aldina Energy Mastery website and app include articles, courses, videos, audio recordings, meditation guides, community features, event information, the Sovereign toolset, the Guiding Light Creative Suite, Virtual Reality inspiration images, experience logs and practitioner profiles. All of this content is protected by copyright.

You may:

• View and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Print or download individual pages for your personal reference
• Share links to pages via social media or email

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or republish content without written permission
• Use content for any commercial purpose without a licence
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from the content
• Redistribute or resell any course materials, videos or audio recordings
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract or collect content from the website

The Sovereign programme, including its methodology, the Four Moves framework (See It, Feel It, Own It, Choose Differently), the Pattern Log tool, the Three Questions, weekly reflection structure, the Mira AI guide system, and all associated text, prompts and designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Aldina Energy Mastery.

Sovereign is provided to registered users for personal use only. The methodology, tools and content may not be:

• Copied, reproduced or distributed in any form
• Used to create competing programmes, courses or services
• Shared with individuals who are not registered Sovereign users
• Modified, adapted or incorporated into other works
• Used for commercial training, coaching or therapeutic purposes without express written permission

Conversations with Mira, the AI guide, are personal to the user. Users may not share, publish or distribute Mira's responses outside the Sovereign platform.

The Community Witness feature allows users to share one sentence per week. Users retain copyright in their own sentences but grant Aldina Energy Mastery a non-exclusive licence to display them within the Sovereign community space. This licence does not extend to use outside the platform.

The Guiding Light Creative Suite provides AI-assisted tools for purpose mapping, purpose structuring and marketing. The tool methodology, prompts, frameworks and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Aldina Energy Mastery. Content generated by the Creative Suite tools (such as purpose maps, structures and marketing copy) is owned by the user who generated it, for use in their own spiritual offerings and business, subject to these terms.

Virtual Reality inspiration images, experience log entries (dreams and synchronicities), Oracle interpretations, aligned goals and visions created within the platform are personal to the user. Users retain copyright in their own input and grant Aldina Energy Mastery a non-exclusive licence to host, store and display these within the user's own account space.

The following names, terms and branding are protected trademarks and trade names of Aldina Energy Mastery. They represent specific products, services and methodologies developed exclusively by Aldina Energy Mastery and may not be used by any other party without express written permission.

Prohibited uses of these names include, but are not limited to:

• Using "Mira", "Sovereign" or "Aldina Energy Mastery" as the name of any product, service, application, website or social media account
• Registering domain names, usernames or handles that incorporate any of these names
• Using these names in advertising, marketing materials or metadata to attract traffic to competing or unrelated services
• Creating AI assistants, chatbots or digital guides named "Mira" or using the Mira identity and approach
• Developing programmes, courses or services that use the name "Sovereign" or present themselves as part of or affiliated with the Sovereign programme
• Using the "Aldina Energy Mastery" name to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written authorisation
• Modifying, abbreviating or combining these names in a way that creates confusion with the original brand

Permitted uses (without written permission) are limited to:

• Referring to the programme by its proper name in a factual, descriptive context (for example, "I am using the Sovereign programme by Aldina Energy Mastery")
• Linking to the official Aldina Energy Mastery website or Sovereign landing page
• Mentioning the programme in personal testimonials or reviews, provided the name is used accurately and not in a misleading or defamatory manner

Any use of these names beyond the permitted uses above requires express written permission from Aldina Energy Mastery. Requests for permission should be submitted via the contact page with a detailed description of the intended use.

Unauthorised use of these names may constitute trademark infringement, passing off and unfair competition under United Kingdom law and international treaties. Aldina Energy Mastery will take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property.

"Energy Mastery Circle", "Pattern Log", "The Witness" and related names, logos and branding are also trademarks of Aldina Energy Mastery and are subject to the same restrictions set out above.

When you purchase a course or book a session, you receive a personal licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. This licence does not transfer ownership. You may not share login credentials, redistribute materials or allow others to access content on your behalf.

The platform hosts both Aldina Energy Mastery courses and courses created by independent practitioners (coaches and lightworkers). Practitioner-created course materials remain the intellectual property of the practitioner who created them, hosted on the platform under a non-exclusive licence. The same personal-use restrictions apply.

Session recordings, where provided, are for personal review only and may not be shared, uploaded or redistributed.

When you post content on the community boards, reflection areas or Sovereign witness space, you retain ownership of that content. By posting, you grant Aldina Energy Mastery a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate that content within the platform.

You must not post content that infringes the copyright or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Aldina Energy Mastery reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for any user who breaches these copyright terms. We may also pursue legal action where appropriate.
