Privacy Policy

Account information: Your name, email address and password when you register. Your role (admin or user) is set by us.

Profile information: Any additional details you choose to add to your profile, such as a display name or avatar.

Booking and purchase records: Details of sessions you book, courses you purchase, membership tier and payment confirmation (we do not store full card details - payments are processed by our payment provider, Base44 Payments).

Sovereign programme data: Your pattern descriptions, pattern log entries, weekly reflections, conversations with Mira and community witness sentences. This is personal and sensitive data about your inner life and behavioural patterns.

Aligned living data: Your visions, aligned goals, experience logs (dreams and synchronicities), Oracle interpretations and Virtual Reality inspiration images and descriptions.

Creative Suite data: Your Creative Suite projects and AI conversations, including the prompts you submit and the content generated for you.

Practitioner profile data: If you register as a coach, lightworker or partner, the display name, bio, image, qualifications, vetting documents, scheduling links and service details you provide. Lightworker highlight payments are also recorded.

Creator and payout data: If you create courses, we record your sales and commission earnings. If you request a payout, we collect your PayPal email and account type to process payment.

Community content: Posts, reflections and sentences you share in community spaces.

Contact messages: Information you provide when you contact us, including your name, email and message content.

Booking and calendar data: Session bookings may be synced with your connected Google Calendar to send reminders and manage availability.

Technical data: Your IP address, browser type, device information and usage data (pages visited, time spent). This is collected automatically.

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and manage your account
• Deliver courses, sessions and events you have booked or purchased
• Operate the Sovereign programme, including generating Mira's responses to your input
• Display your community contributions within the platform
• Process payments through Base44 Payments
• Send you service-related communications (booking confirmations, course updates)
• Send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
• Comply with legal obligations

Under the UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent: For newsletter subscriptions and community posting
• Contract: For processing bookings, purchases and delivering services you have requested
• Legitimate interests: For platform security, service improvement and communication about your account
• Legal obligation: For record-keeping required by law

Data generated through the Sovereign programme (pattern descriptions, pattern logs, weekly reflections, Mira conversations and community witness sentences) is particularly personal. It reflects your inner life, behavioural patterns and emotional experiences.

This data is visible only to you, with the following exceptions:

• Community Witness sentences you choose to share are visible to other Sovereign users
• Mira conversations are processed by our AI provider to generate responses. The AI provider does not use your data to train their models
• Our system administrators may access data for technical support or security purposes

You can request deletion of your Sovereign data at any time. See Section 7 below.

The same protections apply to your aligned living data (visions, goals, experience logs, Oracle interpretations and Virtual Reality inspirations) and your Creative Suite projects and conversations. This data is visible only to you, except where our AI and image generation providers process the text or images you submit to generate responses.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment processor (Base44 Payments): To process transactions. They receive transaction details but do not receive your Sovereign data
• Payout provider (PayPal): To send creator earnings to coaches and lightworkers who request a payout. Only your PayPal email and payout amount are shared
• AI provider: To generate Mira's responses and Creative Suite content. Only the text you submit is shared, not your other account data
• Image generation provider: To create Virtual Reality inspiration images and any images you generate in the Creative Suite. Only the prompts and photos you submit for that purpose are shared
• Email provider: To send you service communications and newsletters
• Hosting provider: To store and serve the website and its data
• Calendar provider (Google Calendar): If you connect your calendar, to sync bookings and send reminders
• Authorities: Where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

Sovereign programme data is retained while your account is active. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: Ask us to limit how we use your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
