By creating an account, enrolling in a course, booking a session or making any purchase on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. Our services are not directed at children under 13.

Aldina Energy Mastery provides online and in-person spiritual education, guidance and community services, including but not limited to:

• Mastery Journeys: structured learning paths across Awakening, Manifestation Mastery, Embodiment and Leading the Way, with platform and practitioner-created courses
• Energy Mastery Circles (in-person and online weekly sessions on Saturdays and Sundays), booked as four-session monthly packages
• Angelic guidance sessions, question submission and video content
• The SOVEREIGN practice: pattern logging, the Four Moves (See, Feel, Own, Choose), weekly reflections, Mira AI conversations, aligned goals, visions, experience logs, Oracle interpretations, Virtual Reality inspirations and community witness
• The Guiding Light Creative Suite: AI-assisted Purpose Mapping, Purpose Structuring and Marketing Magnet tools, with credit-based access
• Membership tiers (Spiritual Seeker, Healers & Empaths, Masters of Manifestation and Guiding Lights) with tiered access and discounts
• A vetted practitioner directory of Sovereign Coaches and Lightworkers, with booking via scheduling links
• A specialist partner directory for purpose mapping, purpose structuring and marketing services
• A creator marketplace where coaches and lightworkers publish courses and earn commission, with payout requests processed via PayPal
• One-to-one sessions including angelic guidance, healing and transformation, sovereign coaching, life coaching, spiritual life mentoring, soul plan reading, angelic reiki healing, purpose building clarity, connecting to your guides, energy reading and healing, new beginnings doula support, end of life and death guidance, and shadow integration
• Community features including posts, threads, following and breakthrough stories
• Free resources including meditations, articles and videos

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of our services.

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

One person may only hold one account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent limits, restrictions or fees will be terminated.

Course purchases: One-time course purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased course. Payment is processed securely through Base44 Payments. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete your purchase.

Subscriptions: Membership, SOVEREIGN, Creative Suite, Coach, Lightworker and combined practitioner subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Add-ons and highlights: Practitioner add-ons and lightworker profile highlights are one-off or add-on purchases and are non-refundable once activated.

Circle packages: Energy Mastery Circles are booked as four-session monthly packages and are non-refundable once the month has begun.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund on one-time course purchases if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us.

Session bookings: Payments for session packages, Mastery Circle monthly packages and coach bookings are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscriptions will continue at the current rate until renewal.

All content on this platform, including courses, videos, meditations, articles, graphics, logos and text, is the property of Aldina Energy Mastery and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Full details are set out in our Copyright notice.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, stream or publicly display any course or platform content without our prior written permission. Purchased courses are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content generated by the AI Creative Suite tools is yours to use for your own spiritual offerings and business, but you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it.

You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. In community spaces, SOVEREIGN community witness posts, reflections and any other user-generated content, you must not:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or sexually explicit
• Share another person's personal information without consent
• Impersonate another person or claim qualifications you do not hold
• Promote goods or services without permission (no unsolicited advertising)
• Share content that infringes on another's intellectual property
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or reverse-engineer the platform

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts or ban users who violate these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Our courses, sessions and content are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

Angelic guidance, energy work and spiritual coaching are complementary practices. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your personal engagement with the material and practices.

The SOVEREIGN practice and Mira (the AI conversation partner) are tools for self-reflection. They do not provide therapy or medical advice. If Mira suggests seeking human support, please do so.

Coaches, lightworkers and partners listed on our platform are independent practitioners, not employees of Aldina Energy Mastery. We provide a directory and booking platform but do not guarantee the quality, outcome or availability of any practitioner's services.

Practitioners are responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, professional conduct and scheduling. Any dispute regarding a session should be addressed directly with the practitioner. We vet qualifications before listing profiles, but verification does not constitute an endorsement. We reserve the right to remove practitioners who do not meet our standards.

Partner companies listed in the specialist partner directory are independent businesses. Any engagement with a partner is separate from your relationship with Aldina Energy Mastery.

Creator marketplace: Coaches and lightworkers may publish courses on the platform. Creators retain ownership of their course content and earn a commission on each sale, paid out via PayPal on request. The platform reviews and vets courses before they are visible to students, and may reject or remove courses that do not meet our standards. Payouts are subject to our published payout process and may be delayed for verification or fraud checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldina Energy Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty pounds (£50), whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for downtime, technical failures or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful to the platform or its community.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any content you have posted may be removed. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
